Dominion Paving & Sealing Inc. has been contracted to power wash and re-stripe Phase I and II yellow curbs. This project aims to extend the lifespan of surfaces and enhance our community’s safety and appearance. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

The schedule for services is below:

7/9/2024 (Tuesday): Pressure Washing Curbs (Phase I & II). This work will not impact parking or traffic. The crew will work throughout the community, pressure washing all curbs. Please use caution while driving around the pressure washing truck.

7/10/2024 (Thursday): Re–striping (all curbs and some sidewalks, Phase I & II). From 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on 7/10/2024, no parking will be allowed around the yellow curbs, and all parking areas around them will remain closed to vehicles.

Things to Remember

Parking—On days when re-striping work is scheduled, all vehicles must be out of the affected parking areas by 10:00 AM. Vehicles not moved by 10:00 AM will be towed.

Weather—All dates are weather-dependent. In the event of rain, we will be forced to cancel the project for that day. You will be notified when your parking lot has been rescheduled.

Additionally, we will have contractors working on repairs to the front monument from July 8 through July 10.
