
Trash Reminder
TRASH AND RECYCLING PICKUP:
Trash is collected on Mondays and Thursdays, and recycling is collected on Thursdays between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Trash and recycling containers are permitted in public view only on the evening before trash day and the day of trash collection.
Trash and recycling shall be placed in covered containers.
Recycling: all boxes should be flattened and placed inside recycling containers; items should be loose, not in plastic bags.
Owners who fail to comply with these regulations will be subjected to violation notices and fines. Below are examples of unacceptable overflow trash:
SUPPLEMENTAL TRASH PICKUP:
Supplemental trash is collected on the first Monday of the month and is limited to five small items or one (1) small piece of furniture per household. Items must be kept inside until the collection day and placed next to the trash bins. Evictions and move-outs are not included in the service. The Association is not responsible for this type of service. If you are a Landlord/Property Manager, please notify your tenants of the community rules and regulations.
Below are examples of items that are NOT acceptable:
- Appliances
- Large pieces of furniture
- Exercise Equipment
- Automobiles or auto parts
- Chemical and/or petroleum clean-up waste
- Construction and demolition debris
- Fencing/sheds/gazebos
- Hazardous and bio-hazardous medical waste
- Shingles, roofing materials
- Skids and pallets
- Soil, rocks, grubbing material and spoil
- Stumps and logs
- Windows
- Wood (unless it is a piece of furniture)
- Liquids, including paint, sewage, and septic waste
TRASH DROP-OFF SITES:

This site accepts material from county citizens, residents, and local businesses only. Proof of residency is required. It is open to the public Monday – Saturday between 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Closed Sunday.
BUDDY ATTICK PARK RECYCLING DROP-OFF CENTER: 555 Crescent Rd.
This site collects co-mingled recycling, recycles automotive oil, oil filters, and antifreeze in the larger shed, and recycles cardboard and mixed paper at the dumpsters provided by Republic Services.
