How to Request a Parking Permit Replacement:

Each property owner in Greenbelt Station was issued two (2) resident parking permits per residence. If a parking permit is lost, a replacement can be obtained for $10.00 each.

For Townhouse Owners:
You can have the charge directly invoiced to your account and pay it with your next assessment fee.

For Condominium Owners:
Since condominiums pay fees directly to Tidewater Management and not to the Master Association, the only payment option for a parking permit replacement is by check or money order.
To replace a lost permit, please send a check or money order payable to the Greenbelt Station Master Association to:

CAMP
209 West Street, Suite 302
Annapolis, MD 21401

For Landlords:
You are responsible for providing your tenants with the two parking permits issued to the residence and informing them about all parking regulations.

Residents occasionally attempt to duplicate parking permits. The towing contractor is experienced in identifying unofficial parking permits. Vehicles displaying “fake” parking permits are subject to immediate towing.

Parking Permit Display:
A valid parking permit must be visible while parked on private streets. The current parking policy states: “The resident parking permit must be hung on the rearview mirror of any vehicle parked in an open parking space. Expired permits are not valid and cannot be used.”

Private Streets (requiring a valid parking permit):
– Davis Point Lane
– North Channel Drive
– Sable Court
– Settling Pond Lane
– South Channel Drive
– Smith’s Cove Lane
– Miner Street

Public Streets (no parking permit needed):
– Greenbelt Station Pkwy
– Stream Bank Lane
– North Center Dr.
– South Center Dr.
For issues with vehicles parked on public streets, please contact the City of Greenbelt Parking Enforcement at 301-474-7200.

Towing will be enforced 24/7 in “No Parking” zones (marked by stenciled curbs and/or posted “No Parking” signs) and in all designated Fire Lanes. Additionally, no parking is allowed in alleyways, and it is subject to immediate towing 24/7. Vehicles parked on parking pads or driveways must be parked entirely within those areas. Any part of a vehicle hanging into the alley is subject to immediate towing.

Please remember that according to the Association’s Declaration, “All Owners and occupants of Dwelling Units that contain a driveway pad and/or garage shall utilize the driveway pad and/or garage appurtenant to their Dwelling Unit for parking.”

Please use your garage and driveway as your primary parking spaces, and avoid “storing” your vehicle on the streets.

And remember, you live in a community! That fact requires thinking about neighbors, cooperation, and being a good community member.

We encourage all residents to attend Parking Committee meetings to voice their recommendations. If you have any questions regarding the Parking Policy or the above regulations, please don’t hesitate to contact me at greenhoa@ciramail.com.

If your vehicle is towed, please contact Fast Lane Towing at 301-420-4012. Fast Lane’s lot is located at 14610 Old Gunpowder Rd., Laurel, MD 20707. Vehicle owners are responsible for any fees incurred.
