Just a friendly reminder regarding your 2024 Assessment Fees. You can expect to receive new coupons by the end of the year. If you are currently on the Direct Debit program, your payment will be automatically deducted at the new, higher amount on or around the 3rd business day of the month.

Banc of California and Pacific Western Bank have merged. If you use Direct Debit/ACH for your assessment payments, please be aware that Pacific Western has changed to Banc of California. Please do not be surprised if this name shows up on your bank statement.

If you are currently using a bill payer service, please remember to change the assessment amount with your bank.

If you are a condominium owner. Tidewater Management manages your Condominium Association. You will pay assessment fees only to Tidewater. The Master Association’s fee is included in that payment.
